Enjoy a wonderful massage to loosen sore shoulder muscles, soothe sore feet, or address any other area of tension or pain. For your initial visit please choose the 60-minute option to allow time for initial discussion and assessment to determine the best way forward

60-minute therapeutic/remedial, sports, or relaxation massage $105

Take time out or treat those tense areas of the body. Massage may reduce muscle pain and soreness; relieves stress and anxiety, help you sleep better, and increase your flexibility and range of motion

 

90-minute therapeutic/remedial, sports, or relaxation massage $145

Relaxation massage - just bliss. Take time to unwind with relaxing music and a comfortable table (heated during cooler months). Designed to help you to relax and enjoy the moment. Therapeutic or sports massage - this option gives you longer on the table to explore multiple trouble spots of tension or pain.

 

Optional extension $30

Ever come to the end of a great massage and wished you could continue? Well, now you can extend the session for another 30 minutes. Note that this subject to time availability at the time of the request. If extending a voucher, please book the extra time when you book your massage
